Janine, 17. Bachelor of Fine Arts, Major in Information Design '15. Ateneo de Manila University. Not a writer, not a photographer, not (yet) a designer; it just so happens that she has a camera, Photoshop and internet access.

Happy New Year, Tumblr! I wanted to post photos/gif that I personally took/made but I have yet to find a Photoshop installer, so I hope this will suffice.
2011 has been one hell of a rollercoaster - so much had happened that I don’t even know where to begin. I am thankful to each and everyone who made this year a very special one: the Hannibabes (whom I miss dearly), E1, my family, cousins, friends, and even those strangers whom I may never see again but help made each of my days. I love you all very much!
I’m not really a New Year’s resolution-type of girl, but for the sake of my Tumblr, I want to take blogging (more) seriously. Posting my portfolio online could open so much doors for a graphic designer (in-training) like me, and I don’t want to miss any of those. Who knows, this could probably be the answer to my life-long dream of being an intern for a magazine or a design studio. But before that, I should practice my art more often now. I’m taking my majors soon and I don’t want to be too intimidated by different terms and techniques.
As my former professor puts it, “For all that has been, thank you. For all that will be, yes.” So, here’s to an amazing new year, new friends, new adventures, new lessons and a new chance to make everything right!
